They are seeking a motivated BCBA Recruiter to source, engage, and place Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) with partner clinics nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit qualified BCBA candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and other recruiting platforms
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and ABA providers
• Screen candidates for qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
• Present qualified candidates to clients and manage the interview/offer process
• Track candidate progress and ensure accurate communication throughout the hiring pipeline
• Meet or exceed placement targets to maximize commission earnings

Skills

• Prior experience in recruiting, staffing, or sales (healthcare or ABA field strongly preferred)
• Knowledge of ABA industry, terminology, and roles (BCBA, RBT, etc.) is a plus
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in ATS/CRM systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools
