EPAM Systems is on a journey to become the world's leading provider of advanced manufacturing services, and they are seeking a SAP FICO Consultant to join their team. In this role, you will design, implement, and refine SAP solutions that support business strategies and operational objectives.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and conduct gap analysis by running workshops, reviewing business processes, and mapping them to SAP functionalities
• Prepare detailed functional specifications and testing plans, and coordinate user acceptance testing with business experts
• Present proposed SAP solutions to the design committee for validation and approval
• Oversee the configuration and rollout of SAP FICO modules to ensure successful delivery
• Advise stakeholders on leveraging SAP standard functionalities and minimizing the need for custom solutions
• Build and maintain interfaces between SAP and external systems
• Collaborate with SAP developers to deliver custom code solutions when required
• Participate in SAP-related initiatives, including new implementations, system upgrades, enhancements, and application extensions
• Partner with cross-functional and cross-application teams to deliver solutions that meet business needs

Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 2+ years of hands-on experience configuring SAP FICO modules
• Background in product costing across repetitive, discrete, and process manufacturing environments
• Comprehensive knowledge of how FICO integrates with SD, MM, and PP modules
• Showcase of involvement in multiple SAP projects, including full-cycle implementations in finance and controlling
• Participation in at least 2 complete SAP implementation cycles
• Capability to assess the impact of changes across various SAP modules and processes
• Capability to support both business and IT objectives
• Proficiency in working within dynamic environments with shifting priorities
• Experience collaborating across multicultural teams
• Understanding of SDLC and SAP project methodologies
• Motivation to stay current with the latest SAP technology trends
• Skills in verbal and written communication for effective teamwork and documentation
• Minimum English language level of B1+
