They are seeking a Senior Annuity Growth Consultant to partner with agents, recruit new agents, and collaborate with carrier partners to enhance business opportunities in the annuity marketplace.

Responsibilities

• Partner with agents to identify opportunities across Indexed Annuities and Indexed Universal Life (IUL) solutions
• Recruit and onboard new agents looking to grow their business
• Collaborate with carrier partners to strengthen relationships and maximize value
• Contribute to marketing campaigns, incentive programs, and growth initiatives
• Support agents with IUL product positioning and case design to drive adoption and sales

Skills

• At least 2 years of life or health insurance experience (as an agent or wholesaler)
• Strong interest in helping agents succeed in the annuity marketplace
