Dentsu is a global leader in Social Media solutions, and they are seeking a bilingual Social Media Content Specialist to join their fast-growing team. The role involves engaging in online conversations, creating content, and fostering digital communities that are safe and welcoming.

Responsibilities

• Moderate and respond to comments across client social channels using their unique brand voice
• Write thoughtful, engaging content to spark conversations and drive engagement
• Help maintain online communities that are safe, respectful, and aligned with client guidelines
• Escalate issues, insights, or trends to the internal team when needed
• Build a strong understanding of client brands, including their strategy, tone, and audience

Skills

• Bilingual (English and French) proficiency
• Advanced proficiency in English and French
• Strong written communication skills (spelling, grammar, clarity) in English and French with strong cultural awareness
• Experience managing social platforms, specifically moderating and engaging
• Ability to write for brands and adapt tone for different audiences
• Familiarity with all major social platforms such as Facebook
• Ability to engage with a variety of content topics (e.g., tech, retail, food, hospitality, tourism, health, pharma)
• Strong organizational skills, reliability, and excellent customer service instincts
• Access to reliable, high-speed internet suitable for remote work
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
