Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. SQUISHWORLD is a custom squishy toy brand launching across TikTok, Instagram, and a DTC site. They are seeking a Social Media Coordinator to manage outreach to participants and influencers, handle communications, and promote campaigns through social media channels.

Responsibilities

• Outreach to people who like/comment on Nee Doh + relevant accounts
• Handle all comms, follow up, review their content against our influencer guidelines (sent with lead time before posting)
• Create + run WhatsApp group
• Highly responsive, send day-of reminders on launch day
• Daily 10 min call communication
• Outreach to top squishy / fidget toy influencers (Ms.Bench, Squishy King, etc)
• Meetings and communications with influencers (pre and post launch of collab boxes)
• Send and confirm contracts and payments
• Promote with collaboration posts, reposts, boosting in the WhatsApp chat, etc
• Promotion in WhatsApp group for Nee Doh giveaway(s)
• Numerous posts on our socials announcing the giveaway
• Source the Nee Dohs (Nee Doh hunting)
• Send out packages to winners
• Spam regular squishy content (with Lior and head of ops on socials)
• Daily 10 min call communication. Quick texting communication response times
• Manage all growth initiatives (giveaways, collaboration boxes, other future projects)
• Propose new growth initiatives and execute if approved

Skills

• Experience in social media management or coordination
• Ability to conduct outreach to influencers and manage communications
• Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
• Excellent communication skills for daily calls and quick texting responses
• Experience with WhatsApp or similar communication platforms
• Ability to create and manage a WhatsApp group
• Experience in promoting giveaways and managing social media content
• Ability to source products and manage logistics for giveaways
• Experience in reviewing content against guidelines
• Ability to work part-time and manage time efficiently
• Familiarity with TikTok and Instagram as marketing platforms
• Experience in influencer marketing
• Knowledge of squishy or fidget toy market
• Experience in creating and executing growth initiatives
• Ability to propose new ideas for growth
