Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop relationships with key accounts, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and develop strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver engineered solutions that meet client requirements

Skills

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development in the warehouse or distribution verticle
  • Experience in Industrial Automation, Robotics, Palletization, Palletizer sales, AS/RS
  • Experience in the Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical, Grocery, 3PL or E-Commerce industry
  • Must have Contract Sales experience
  • Open to up to 60% travel in the United-States and some in Canada
  • Strong understanding of client relationship management and sales strategies
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
  • Experience in developing and executing account plans and strategies
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
