Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Federal Express Corporation is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist with expertise in digital marketing writing. The role involves planning and executing digital product strategies, conducting market analysis, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize the customer experience through compelling marketing content.

Responsibilities

• Write clear, compelling short and long-form marketing copy across formats, including social posts, ads, blogs, webinar descriptions, infographics, whitepapers, e-guides, and website pages
• Help craft and evolve the Digital Solutions narrative, ensuring consistent storytelling across the customer journey
• Partner with the external content agency to provide creative direction, editorial feedback, and quality assurance on agency-produced deliverables
• Establish and maintain content standards, voice, and tone guidelines for the Content Marketing team
• Collaborate with content strategists, designers, program managers, and internal communications leads to translate marketing strategy into impactful written work
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of content processes, templates, and best practices
• Bring ideas to the table on how we can keep raising the bar — new formats, better processes, smarter ways to tell our story

Skills

• Demonstrated portfolio of marketing writing spanning short and long-form formats; B2B technology or SaaS experience preferred
• Strong foundational writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a creative flair that elevates standard marketing content
• Proven ability to adapt voice and tone across formats, audiences, and stages of the customer journey
• Experience collaborating with and providing feedback to external agencies or creative partners
• Strong editorial judgment and a track record of upholding high content standards
• Self-directed and organized, with a track record of success in remote, fast-paced environments
• Familiarity with content marketing best practices, SEO fundamentals, and modern content tools
• Bachelor's Degree/equivalent experience in marketing, finance, computer science, engineering or related business discipline
• Three (3) years experience in a digital marketing or digital product management environment or demonstrated knowledge gained through coursework or work experience in digital product management, and technology support
• Strong ability to understand business and customer needs, customer and/or user experience management, product analysis and technology capabilities
• Technical acumen
• Strong collaboration, communications and analytical skills
• This position is eligible for remote work and may be located anywhere within the United States excluding AK, HI and U.S. territories, however if you live within the 50 miles radius of a campus you will be required to work at a FedEx campus location several times per week
