Purpose of the role: Enable high-performing engineering teams by facilitating Agile practices, improving delivery efficiency, removing impediments, and driving continuous improvement across platform and infrastructure initiatives. The Scrum Master acts as a servant leader and coordination partner for cross-functional teams, ensuring effective collaboration, transparency, and sustainable delivery outcomes. Key responsibilities: Support multiple engineering teams within the Platform Department. Facilitate Agile processes, remove impediments, improve delivery flow, and foster a culture of continuous improvement across platform and infrastructure-related initiatives. Having strong coordination skills, technical understanding of platform environments, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Architecture, DevOps, Product, and Operations. Required Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in technical or platform teams. Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies: Scrum Kanban Lean principles. Experience working with engineering, infrastructure, or platform departments. Excellent facilitation and communication skills. Strong conflict resolution and stakeholder management abilities. Experience with Jira and Confluence. Understanding of SDLC and software delivery processes. Ability to manage multiple teams simultaneously. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Practical experience using AI-powered tools to improve Agile delivery processes and team productivity. English and Russian proficiency at an upper-intermediate level (B2+) Nice to have: Experience in Gambling/Betting or other high-load regulated industries. Background in product-driven companies. Understanding of modern software engineering practices and team delivery challenges.
