During a Typical Day, You’ll: Lead and oversee the daily operations of the reporting and analytics function, ensuring timely, accurate, and consistent delivery of business-critical reports and dashboards. Supervise, coach, and develop a team of reporting analysts, providing guidance on priorities, quality standards, recognize accomplishments, kudos and professional growth. Managing Administrative Tasks that include team meeting, manage UKG/timecard corrections, Check attendance, check emails, ensure all P&C concerns are addressed and other miscellaneous requests from the team. Provide coaching sessions to the team, support other questions\requests from the team. Partner with business stakeholders (e.g., Talent Acquisition, P&C, L&D) to understand reporting needs and translate them into actionable insights and solutions Support our Stakeholders by attending regular calls, answer questions, help with ad hoc requests and new Projects. A team supervisor helps the Reporting Analyst (RA) on overseeing the deliverables, stakeholder’s objectives to ensure your team meets or exceeds standards expected by our internal clients Support other Ad hoc requests What You Bring to the Role: 3+ years of experience in Reporting and Analytics (BPO experience required).
