Job Summary We are seeking a cheerful, dedicated and knowledgeable Nutritionist to join our tele healthcare team in the Fall of 2026. We specialize in metabolic dysfunction and patient transformation. We believe nutrition is at the heart of health and disease and want to see every patient succeed. You will be an integral part in that process. The ideal candidate will be passionate about their field, provide expert nutritional guidance, develop personalized care plans, and support patients across time working closely with physician and nursing for coordination of treatment plan and an elite level of care. The position is remote but requires a high level of dedication to patient care and attention to detail. This role requires a strong foundation in dietetics, physiology, and patient assessment, with a focus on improving health outcomes through tailored nutrition strategies. Duties

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine nutritional needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Provide health coaching to support weight loss, chronic disease management, and overall wellness.
• Perform evaluations related to nutrition status and adjust care plans accordingly.
• Utilize Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems for documentation and tracking patient progress.
• Collaborate with medical teams to integrate nutrition therapy into overall treatment plans.
• Educate patients and staff on dietary guidelines, nutritional interventions, and best practices.
• Monitor patient progress and modify nutrition strategies based on ongoing assessments.

Experience

• Proven experience in dietetics.
• Knowledge of physiology, diagnostic evaluation, and care planning related to nutrition is essential.
• Familiarity with EMR systems used in healthcare settings.
• Background working with diverse populations requiring weight management,
