The Role: Dispositions Rep (Remote – Full Time) We buy 7–10 houses per month remotely and we’re looking for someone who can maximize the value of those deals by managing the resale side like a pro. This isn’t fluff work. This is sales, coordination, and persuasion. You’ll be responsible for managing 20+ properties at once and negotiating with cash buyers, realtors, and investor partners to move deals fast and profitably. Your Day-to-Day:

• Build real relationships with sellers during the resale process
• Cold call and text blast investor buyers and local agents
• Coordinate showings and inspections
• Negotiate deals to maximize spread
• Keep deals organized in our CRM
• Communicate with our team to get deals closed fast

Requirements:

• Full-time availability (EST hours)
• Dedicated home office with strong internet and zero distractions
• Fluent spoken and written English — American-sounding preferred
• Comfortable on the phone and in Zoom
