• Configure and support Workday Recruiting and Workday Learning
• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (requisition to hire)
• Configure learning programs, courses, and training assignments
• Gather and document business requirements (BRD/FRD)
• Optimize business processes for recruiting and learning workflows
• Support integrations with third-party systems (ATS, LMS, etc.)
• Perform UAT testing and production support
• Generate reports and dashboards for HR and leadership
• Hands-on experience with Workday Recruiting and Workday Learning
• Strong understanding of HR processes (Recruiting & Learning/Training)
• Experience in Workday configuration (business processes, security, reports)
• Knowledge of Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors)
• Strong requirement gathering and stakeholder management skills
• Good analytical and communication skills
